Nio status being shown for sensors

I have installed Zigboat with the follwoing sensors:
Battery x 2
Smoke
Flood x 2
Motion
GPS
Shore Powwer
I can connect via the Zigboat app however whilst all sensors have a green dot all the sensors except for the Shore Power, which has green On status, have an orange N/A

How distant is the shore power from the gateway o from a sensor?
