Hello, when the camera lens is in the light, the image freezes then the camera is disconnected with the error 1000015. If I put the camera lens back in the dark, the camera is again accessible in visualization and configuration.

I am on iphone ios and I have already reset the camera to the factory settings

Hi Noel, I think is necessary send the unit here in Glomex for a chek.
To do this, please send an e-mail to sevice@glomex.it with the serial number of the unit and a littel description of the issue, adn I will open the RMA.

Hello, ok I will send an email with the description of my problem to the indicated email.
I also tell you that this is my second camera, I returned my first Camera which had the same problem. My second Camera is new and I never managed to configure it because of this problem.
