I have a Glomex 4G Lite. S / N 1104211601
When I bought it, it worked OK. After a winter break of 8 months, I can now contact it but he has no internet connection.
I’m getting an error localhost:40989 net: ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE
In addition, now my screen on the mobil phone is Teltonika and not Glomex. And it doesn’t accept any passwords. (after resetting neither my admin) I changed the SIM cards thinking that they are responsible for the problem but in the mobile phone the SIM card works and connects to the internet.
When I log via the webboat application, nothing happend.

How you have performed the factory reset, have you pressed the reset button for 10 seconds?
The reset buttons is in near the aerial connector on the router.
Do you have used the default password admin after the factory reset?
In the teltonika overview there is a field where is noted the firmware version, can please tell me witch version there is?-

After I reset for about 10 seconds, I established the wireless connection and via user admin I opened Glomex WebBoat menus. But these menus do not look like those in the instructions I got when I bought the device and which I used at the beginning. This menu is very professional, there are a lot of menus and options for the router to be professionally adjusted.

There is no option to connect directly to WIFI marine and which connection is preferred.
When I enter via wireless into the router using PC then appears the menu Teltonika and the version of the application is nowhere to be seen on the screen.
It seems that I lost these sites.

You cannot even log in under another user name-
I think is necessary do a factory reset. After that you can log to the unit with the default password, and then change it.

Unfortunately, regardless of the username:admin, I can’t get the Glomex page but just the “Teltonika” page. Is there any other way to get a Glomex page at the beginning of the work?

That is not good. I think the password be overwritten. the only solution is to perform a factory reset, to restore the factory settings and the default password.
To perform the factory reset, just press the reset button for about 10/12 seconds. The reset button is near the aerial connectors, on the black router.

After your instructions, WEBboat is connected to the public network and it works But the problem is that I have got a very profesional setup aplication, sophisticated screen for modem. It is difficult for me to manage the Webbboat 4G Lite with this setup pages How can I restore the user friendly screen “Webboat 4G Lite”?

Same issue, connect to internet and when disconnected/reconnected, no internet but full signal .
Intermitent issue, any actions (reboot,,restart..change apn) no explanation why the internet is disconnected-
Who is the provider? have verified if the apn used is correct for the provider you have and for the contract associated to the sim?
Ask the provider which apn is necessari set on the unit.
Have you disabled the pin code on the sim? -

without any reason, after setting the roaming on/off and changed the 3g only 4g only automatic etc cutting the alim and restart i had the surprise to have « connected » status.No, without any change, i need to cut the alimentation 12v and no way to have the status « connected » It stays always « disconnected »

Probably the apn is not correct, try to set the apn fiel totally empty.
If this doesn’t work, write to service mail and share the QRcode, and try to connect the unit to an external wifi to allowed me the possibility to connect on the unit nad check it.

I confirm,
apn is correct, 3 days connected without issues but after having a 12v failure, no way to have “connected” against; signal ok “mobile vikings “ well detected and any restart doesn’t change the situation. -
Can you try to activate the roaming?
If you have a EVO unit, please check sms and try to activate the auto apn.
