I cannot connect to the gateway. I keep getting a message ‘NTS_Connecting’ and then it says ‘Device not available’.
I have reset the gateway, logged out of and then back into the ZigBoat WiFi and also deleted and re-installed the ZigBoat app – I still get the same message ‘NTS_Connecting’ and then ‘Device not Available’.
Hi, to replace the unit is necessary open an RMA and send it here. After a check if the unit is defective, we replace it.
