When scrolling from camera to camera, I am normally asked to re-enter my user name and password. Camboat appear to not be saving my username and password, but more likely this is being requested due to a connection delay as it was less frequent when actually on the boat using the boat wifi. Any advice please?

Hi Karlborges, the fact the camera ask you to login avrei time you switch from camera to camera is normal.

I continue to have a problem accessing cameras. I am sometimes asked for a password and contrary to what you have said, sometimes I am not when I swipe between cameras in the app. Surely you would only log-on to the Camboat CCTV system once, not for EACH individual camera? Riva installed this system and I must say that in my experience is difficult to set-up, user unfriendly. Given the high cost of installation, how can I get some proper customer service? Can I supply you with user name and password for system testing? Both Camboat and Zigboat are installed and within warranty. Thank you.

Sure, to check the CamBoats is necessary send me the QRcodes of each cameras and the login of each cameras.

Remember this, the CamBoat need to be connected to a wifi that allowed it to surf on internet, without this I can’t reach it to chek.
