    Dear Fortuna,

    Can try to leave the APN field blank? Sometime the provider does not need the APP.
    Let me know if this solve the issue.

    Dear Fortuna,

    Can please mount the Bouygues sim in a mobile phone to check if the sim work correctly? Can check if there is some sms about activation o block about the surf on internet?
    I have checked the APN you have used, and it is the only one the company website suggest.
    Can please check with the provider if there is some limitation if the sim is used in tethering mode? and if the apn used is correct?

    Hi, it could depend on the area you are operating in. However, you can try to set the mobile mode to “4G Only” as per the attached image.

    Buongiorno,

    Il Gateway dello ZigBoat non consente la navigazione una volta connessi alla sua Wifi, non ha la funzionalità di router. Una volta che avrà configurato il Gateway a una connessione Internet potrà raggiungerlo dall’esterno grazie alla tecnologia P2P.
    E’ possibile collegare il Gateway a Internet con le seguenti modalità:
    1 – Cavo Ethernet
    2 – USB 3G Dongle
    3 – Wi-Fi esterna es: weBBoat 4G Lite (Sezione STA Mode nelle impostazioni)

    Il battery sensor funziona solo con i 12 V e i 24 Volt, con una soglia del +- 0.3V

    probably your Office Wi-Fi is a 5GHz Wi-Fi. This system works only with 2.4GHz

    Hello,

    In CamBoat setting section, you need to follow these steps:

    – Settings -> alarm: check alarm e-mail with picture
    – Click Email Setting Button
    – Enter your Email provider setting. For Gmail parameters are:

    SMTP SERVER NAME: smtp.gmail.com
    SERVER PORT: 587
    SAFE LINK: STARTTTLS
    AUTHENTICATION : ON
    USERNAME: your gmail email
    PASSWORD: your gmail pswd

    Attention: you need to enable in gmail security settings unknown app
