Hi, it could depend on the area you are operating in. However, you can try to set the mobile mode to “4G Only” as per the attached image.

    Buongiorno,

    1 – Cavo Ethernet
    2 – USB 3G Dongle
3 – Wi-Fi esterna es: weBBoat 4G Lite (Sezione STA Mode nelle impostazioni)

    Il battery sensor funziona solo con i 12 V e i 24 Volt, con una soglia del +- 0.3V

    Hi,
At the moment it is not possible, but from the next firmware update if you use the ZigBoat in connection with the weBBoat Lite you can receive the notification SMS from the SIM of the weBBoat.

in reply to: Missing APN #2297

Yes, sure. You can use a custom APN just filling up the related field in the Setup Wizard or in the Control Panel or in the Advanced Settings. Moreover, if the APN you need is not in the default list, please contact us at service@glomex.it and the requested APN will be added to the default list in a short time.

in reply to: Poor audio #2294

Please keep a minimum gap (10 meters) between the microphone of the CamBoat and the phone speaker. The audio quality will be improved for sure.

You have to be onboard. Please restore the CamBoat to default settings (you lost every customized settings) by holding down the reset button for 10 seconds. After the restore procedure, the CamBoat generates a Wi-Fi network again. You can connect the mobile device to the Wi-Fi generated by the CamBoat and then you can hook it up to a different Wi-Fi network though the App.

Nothing to do. It’s just a graphical bug and it will be fixed in the next firmware release.

in reply to: Is a Wi-Fi Cam? #2282

Yes. The CamBoat generates its own 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network (Access Point mode) and can be hooked up to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks (Station mode).

Remove the sensors from the sensor list on the mobile App. Reset the sensors by
pushing the reset button. To reset sensors, please follow all the steps in the section “Resetting” reported in the owner’s manuals (available also on the ZigBoat website http://www.zigboat.com). When the red LED blinks every seconds, the reset procedure is finished and you can release the button. Then you can re-add the sensor to the ZigBoat Gateway.

Yes, it can. Keep in mind the ZigBoat Gateway works with 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks
    only.
