    Hi,
    I would like to check which operator is detected and which APN has been set. If the SIM is working and has credit, it is possible that it may depend on the APN set.

    Which weBBoat model is it? (weBBoat 4G Lite or weBBoat 4G Lite EVO)

    Hi,
    What phone model and what operating system version are you trying to access?
    We recommend checking if updates are available for the App version.
    We recommend that you try restarting the unit and try to log in again.
    If this test does not work too, try to connect to the WiFi generated by the antenna and via the browser access the IP http://192.168.81.1 (only for the first configuration).

    Dear Customer,
    what error appear on the browser?
    Do you have tried with another browser?
    Can you check if there is another device in your network with a DHCP service active or with the same IP address?

    Dear Customer, you can find the reset button on the end of the white cable, near the power connector and the Ethernet plug.
    The reset button is protected from a plastic cover.

    Can try to leave the APN field blank? Sometime the provider does not need the APP.
    Let me know if this solve the issue.

    Dear Fortuna,

    Can please mount the Bouygues sim in a mobile phone to check if the sim work correctly? Can check if there is some sms about activation o block about the surf on internet?
    I have checked the APN you have used, and it is the only one the company website suggest.
    Can please check with the provider if there is some limitation if the sim is used in tethering mode? and if the apn used is correct?

    Hi, it could depend on the area you are operating in. However, you can try to set the mobile mode to “4G Only” as per the attached image.
