    When you try to connect the Zigboat to the wifi to surf on internet, you use the page Sta mode?
    Because the page Wifi is for set up the zigboat wifi.

    Dear Welvanautic, if you can write me to the service mail (service@glomex.it), and share me the QRcode to allowed me the possibility to connect on the unit I will check the unit to solve the issue.
    The unti is connected on internet right? If no, can you connect it to an external wifi to allowed the weBBoat to surf on internet?

    That is not good. I think the password be overwritten. the only solution is to perform a factory reset, to restore the factory settings and the default password.
    To perform the factory reset, just press the reset button for about 10/12 seconds. The reset button is near the aerial connectors, on the black router.

    This happen when the software part that manage the web interface, stop to work.
    Try to power off the unit. Wait 10 seconds, then power up. Wait 5 minute then connect with the app on the unit.

    I think is necessary do a factory reset. After that you can log to the unit with the default password, and then change it.

    How you have performed the factory reset, have you pressed the reset button for 10 seconds?
    The reset buttons is in near the aerial connector on the router.
    Do you have used the default password admin after the factory reset?
    In the teltonika overview there is a field where is noted the firmware version, can please tell me witch version there is?

    Sorry If I ask, but you have tested the sim like I suggested?

    If yes, do you have asked the provider if the sim can be be used in a mobile router, or if it have some connection limitation.
    Ask if the APN used is correct, or if there is another.

    Do you know if tha sim you have in the weBBoat is allowed to surf on internet in tethering mode?
    To test it you can mount the sim ina mobile phone, set the mobile phone to share connection via hotspot, then try to connect other mobile devices to the hotspot wifi, and see if thaht devices surf on internet.
    If they surf on internet the sim can work in tethering mode, otherwise the sim is not allowed for the tethering, and you need to ask the provider to abel it.

    Ask the provider if the sim be used in a mobile router, or if it have some connection limitation.

    Hi Jessica, the wifi list is sorted by wifi signal strength, from the more power to the less power.
    There is no possibility to apply some filter.

    Sure, to check the CamBoats is necessary send me the QRcodes of each cameras and the login of each cameras.

    Remember this, the CamBoat need to be connected to a wifi that allowed it to surf on internet, without this I can’t reach it to chek.

    Can please try to disable the pin code on the sim, then leave the pincode field in the weBBoat blank?
    The pin some time give trouble to the unit to establish the internet connection.
