    I would ask you to send a screenshot of the control panel to service@glomex.it and webboat@glomex.it
    I also ask you if by connecting to the WiFi generated by weBBoat you are able to access the device through the App
    I would also ask you if the Wi-Fi you are trying to connect to includes a Captive Portal or not

    Hi Chip, can you try to turn off the weBBoat for 5/10 minutes and then turn it back on?
    Is your wifi password protected?
    Can you explain better where is the led you are talking about?

    Hi Djnantais, about the Hiden SSID, can be more clear? You need to setup the SSDI hiden on the weBBoat? Becouse if the SSID is hiden to configure the wifi on a device you need to know the SSID name.

    About the second request. If you are under the weBBoat wifi, you can reach the panel control via this IP address: 192.168.81.1, typing this in the browser url.

    If you are outside the country where the sim was bought, please active the roaming on the webboat.
    You have selected the provider from the list or typed it manually?

    Can tell me the Provider who is?
    In which country the sim was bought and in which country the boat is now?

    Dear Cyron.

    If you can connect the mobile phone to the weBBoat wifi, please try this.

    Open a web browser, put this IP arrdess: 129.168.81.1, then press enter. If the unit is runnig you can reach the panel control, then check if the unit is online and connected to internet.
    After this if you can’t reach the unit with the app, but is still on internet, you can send the QRcode to service@glomex.it, and we can connect on it to chek the unit.

    per visualizzare la CamBoat, serve l’APP CamBoat. Quello che può fare e passare dall’APP dello Zigboat a quella CamBoat semplicemente premendo l’icona in alto a destra, e viceversa.
