      Dear,

      I am having problems with connection to my device. It used to work but now it stopped working, I cannot connect. I turned on/off and tried multiple times. This is the error message I am getting in the app when trying to connect:

      http://localhost:39175/cgi-bin/luci
      net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

      Please advice.

      Dear Platin, can you try to power off it, wait 5 minute (until the unit complete discharge), then power on and after 1 – 2 minutes try to connect via app.

      system worked well following initial installation. Now I keep getting the message Device not available past fig. 6 in the manual. What can I do?

        Do you are connected to the weBBoat wifi when you try to connect on it?
        Because, if the webboat doesn’t have internet connection, you need to be in the same network to reach the panel control.

        I have no idea what this reply is asking me to do. As I understand it my unit is set up so that when it is at the dock at our house it automatically connects with the house wifi and when we leave it switches to the boat wifi. I have tried connecting my phone to each of those while on the boat and I get the same message, i.e. that the device is not available.

        Please try to connect your smartphone to the Wi-Fi generated from weBBoat (named weBBoat_XXXX).
        After that try to re-connect using the App.
        If the problem persist, try to reset the weBBoat and after that reconfigure the antenna.
