I have a weBBoat lite and gone through the usual setup process. I have set the apn automatically and manually with the info provided by ee but the unit is still disconnected from 4g.
I have tried different methods of setup and factory resets but still nothing.
Do you have tried the sim card in a mobile phone to be sure it is active?
The sim card have the pin code enable? if yes, can please disable?
Hi, Yes i have tried in a mobile and data works fine. no pin on sim.
Do you have the possibility to connect the weBBoat to an external Wifi, then send the QRcode to service mail?
