      I have a brand new Glomex webboat 4G Plus Evo antenna, the Wifi connection works fine, but I have an impossible time connecting to the internet using my 4G sim card. The sim card works fine (I tried it again in the tablet). In the control panel, I have 5 bars of Mobile service. But in the “State” line is reads disconnected. The Provider line indicates N/A. The APN is on Auto.

      I am only using one sim card and not two.

      There is no operation manual, only a quick start guide with no troubleshooting info.

      Good morning,
      I would ask you to remove the SIM and re-insert it by checking the instructions on the radome.
      It would appear that the SIM is not detected.
      If the problem persists, I ask you to connect the device to the internet via WiFi or Ethernet and send us the QR code associated with your device via email at service@glomex.it.
