I am trying to access the wifi offered by my marina using the Webboat 4G Plus. To do that I must provide the MAC address to them but I cannot find any info on that in my manual or in the app. Can you help? Thank you. Chip Prather

Hi Chip, normally the mac address is on the label in the Quick guide, can please check there?

There is a label on the quick reference guide. It’s a bar code indicating the following: W4P18/0000108934 (same label in my book) is that it? There are no other labels on the guide. Thanks

Hi Chip, normally near the labe with the serial number there is the labe with the mac address.
Can send to service mail (service@glomex.it) a photo of the quick guide, where you can see the label with the serial number?
