      I have tried to reset the router as described in the manual but when I start up the app then it is still asking for username and password.

      Which unit you have?
      If you reset the unit to factory settings, the username and the password be restored to default

      Hi – I have done a factory reset (a number of times now based on 5 and 15 seconds holding the reset button) on my unit and the admin username and password is not working. I get username and/or password not correct. Is there anything further that you can suggest?

        Try with the password admin01 , if this doesn’t work, please write an email on service@gmail.com with the model and serial number od the unit.

        I have tried using that email but it doesn’t work. Do you have another email address I can use?

      Warum fragen Sie nach dem Modell und der Seriennummer.
      In der Anleitung steht, webBoat hat kein Passwort.
      Das Standardpasswort ist “admin”.

      Jetzt habe ich immer wieder das Problem. nach dem Wechsel der Marina und Eingabe eines neuen WiFi-Passwortes, ist webBoat nicht mehr erreichbar.
      Meldung: “geschlossen”.
      Abschalten der Stromversorgung bringt nichts, die Resettaste ist 10m hoch und kann erst im Winter wieder gedrückt werden.

        Hi, how you connect to the unit? via wifi or via lan cable?
        Yes normally the weBBoat doesn’t have the password in the wifi, but at the installatio is necessary add it to avoid other person connect on the unit a change the settings.
        IF the unit is online, can share me the QRcode to allowed me the possibility to connect on the unit? please send it via e-mail: service@gmail.com
