The app prompted for a firmware update. The system hung up. I had to press the reset button. Now the system does not recognize my AT&T SIM card. Says it is not inserted.
I am also back to the original 2018 firmware set.
I can connect through a local WiFi but no Cell connection.
Hi Rick, if you can connect the unit on an external Wifi to allowed it to surf on interne, and share me the QRcode to the service mail (service@glomex.it) I can connect on the unit to check it.
