      Hi
      I cannot connect to the gateway. I keep getting a message ‘NTS_Connecting’ and then it says ‘Device not available’.
      I have reset the gateway, logged out of and then back into the ZigBoat WiFi and also deleted and re-installed the ZigBoat app – I still get the same message ‘NTS_Connecting’ and then ‘Device not Available’.

      Any ideas what I need to do ?

      Hi, have the same problem if you try to connect via zigboat wifi?
      If yes probably the unit is faulty and need to be replaced.

      Yes. That’s when I get the problem – I connect to Zigboat Wi-Fi using my iPhone and then when I open the ZigBoat app, I get the error message.

      Do ZigBoat replace the faulty unit for me ?

        Hi, to replace the unit is necessary open an RMA and send it here. After a check if the unit is defective, we replace it.
        Please send an email to service@glomex.it with the serial number of the unit and purchase documentation.
