Hello – I have the 4G EVO and camera the system works for a few hours but then I need to turn off the power and again turn on. The camera then works but looses connection, I have rebooted the 4G EVO and Camera and agin it works for a short period and it’s again unable to connect to camera. Also I don’t have a menu on the 4G EVO APP to secure the WIFI – I’m using iPhone 12
Please chek if the sim card have credit.
If the sim have the pin code, please disable it.
Check if the sim is allowed to surf on internet in tethering mode.
Please chek if the apn used is correct for the sim contract you have.
Here is what I know … the sim has credit and the PIN is set as 0000 …. I can connect to the 4G EVO and once I allowed the push notifications I’m able to see the menu, this confirmed connection to the internet… The camera issue still persists. It connects as expected and works for up to 12 hours (and I can remotely see from another location) but again it drops connection … So now I have deleted the APP and rebooted the system and again it all connected as normal …. Overnight the camera again broke connection… Please advise.
